Paid an still cant play

I BOUGHT acorns in this game a while back and enjoyed it quite a bit so I downloaded it again when I got a new phone. Now I cant progress in story mode without paying more or watching a ridiculous amount of adds because it doesnt recognize my account. On top of that, the app isnt even in English anymore so I have to guess what everything is. I have clicked every option I see and am unable to change the language settings :(
I tried the space version hoping for the best and was again disappointed. Please fix this game so I can enjoy it again!
