Developers gave up....

I uninstalled this game a long time ago because of connectivity issues and the fact that even when I won I lost a life. Now I decided to give it a shot once more and it only installs in Russian?! And the fact that it seems to be charging me for everything? What the hell is up with that?! Developers really gave up on this one. They do NOT listen to their users.
